The Company is a controller of personal data within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the RODO, and we also use the services of processors, as referred to in Article 4(8) of the RODO. 8 RODO – they process personal data on behalf of the controller (these are, for example, accounting companies, IT companies, real estate agents).
The company has appropriate technical and organizational measures in place to ensure a degree of security that corresponds to the possible risk of violating the rights or freedoms of individuals with different probability of occurrence and severity of threat. We also develop policies and procedures, as well as organize regular training to improve the knowledge and competence of our employees in this area.
As an employer, we process the data of employees and individuals who cooperate with us on a basis other than employment. Contact data obtained from contractors are used to conclude and efficiently perform contracts and provide services. We also conduct marketing activities, and as part of these activities we strive to reach the widest possible audience to provide them with up-to-date information about our products and services.
What personal information we collect and why we collect it.
Contact forms
When you contact us via a form on our website, we collect the information you provide there in order to process your order or answer your questions. To protect against unwanted messages (known as spam), we may also record the IP address of the computer from which the message was sent.
Your personal data will be processed in order to respond to your inquiry submitted via the contact form and in connection with any further correspondence regarding your request.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1) RODO – the administrator’s legitimate interest in communicating with users of the website. The data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing or until you object to its processing.

The User has the right to access his/her personal data processed by the Administrator, i.e. the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Administrator is processing his/her personal data and to obtain information concerning such processing. The User has the right to obtain a copy of his/her data. The User may request the rectification of his/her personal data if it is incorrect, as well as the completion of incomplete data.
The user may request the restriction of the processing or deletion of his/her data, except when the Administrator has the right to keep the data due to the need to perform a contract, secure or assert possible claims or due to legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator. The user may withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. The User has the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The rights indicated above are exercised in the cases and under the conditions specified in the RODO. They are not of an absolute nature, which means that they may be subject to limitation due to applicable laws or available technical possibilities. The User may exercise the rights specified in paragraphs 1 – 6 above by contacting the Administrator in writing by sending a request with the note „Personal data protection” to the address of the Administrator’s registered office The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection
Prevention of money laundering (AML compliance)
Data collected through the conclusion of a real estate agency agreement is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ). The processing of data is necessary for the performance of the real estate broker’s obligation to apply the standards of the Law of March 1, 2018 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. In particular, the data are processed for the purpose of applying financial security measures, assessing the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing, ongoing monitoring of economic relations.
The collected data may be disclosed to public authorities.
The data will be processed for the period specified by the norms of the Law of March 1, 2018 on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing. At the time of providing this information, it will end at the expiration of 5 years counting from the first day of the year following the year in which business relations with the administrator are terminated
